    At Hazel Slimes, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our shipping and return policies below to understand what to expect when ordering from us.


    Shipping Policy

    If You Encounter an Issue with Your Order

    If you receive the wrong item or your package is damaged in transit, please contact us at info@hazelslimes.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you. After this timeframe, we are unable to provide replacements or store credit.


    When Will My Order Ship?

    All orders require 2-3 business days for processing and packaging (excluding weekends and holidays) before being shipped.

    Important Notes:

    • Delivery timeframes do not include weekends or major holidays.
    • Shipping delays may occur due to postal operation errors, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

    We ship internationally to most countries! Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout before payment.

    • Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their country, such as customs, duties, or taxes. Please check with your local post office to understand these fees before placing an order.

    Common Shipping Issues

     My Package Was Marked as Delivered, But I Don’t Have It.

    If your tracking information shows your package as “delivered”, but you cannot locate it:
    Check nearby locations like your porch, mailbox, garage, or with neighbors.
    ✔ Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” up to 72 hours before arrival.

     If it has been over 72 hours and your package still hasn’t arrived:

    Use USPS tracking tools to follow up: USPS Tracking

    Please Note: Hazel Slimes does not grant refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered.”


    My Package Was Returned to Sender. What Happens Now?

    Packages returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address will not be re-shipped for sanitary reasons. Instead, we will issue a store credit for the order total.

    To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.


     Can I Change My Address After My Order Ships?

    Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Hazel Slimes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
